We aim to provide a quick and reliable delivery service, as this "last mile" often reflects against us and not the carrier who provide the service.

From placing your order we aim to have your parcel to you in 7 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday or National holidays). This may be sooner, if a lighter parcel which is sent by Royal Mail.

With the growing number of parcels we send out we have been able to secure a contract with Parcel force for a standard and express delivery service, with full tracking facility and signature on delivery.

This service includes all of the UK and Northern Ireland, even the remote areas of Scotland. (But parcels will take longer and may be subject to a higher charge).

Parcel Force will re-deliver 2 times,and leave a card notifying you of this, but if still unsuccessful, the parcel can be collected from your nearest Parcel Force depot.

Because you may not be available to take delivery at your home, we provide the option of having the parcel delivered to a works or alternative address. For our security and possible fraud with this alternative, we will check the alternative address by ringing the landline delivery number given. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or cancel your order should this not be given.

We have also made provision for special instructions such as "leave without signature", or "place in front porch" etc. If this is stated, we accept no responsibility or liability for missing or damaged items.

With the new postal P.I.P  our postage cost for small items will be below our £4.99 price. Any difference will be refunded.

Up to 25 kg - standard delivery £4.99 .

Up to 25kg- express delivery £7.99.

Other areas in the UK £9.99 *to a max of 25 kgs per order.
*(certain islands and some areas of Scotland are extra due to carriers surcharges.)
